Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or accessing our services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.

1. About Us

The NDN Healthcare website and ADHD medication service are operated by Mrs Donna Marie Carter, a sole trader trading as Neurodiverse Nurse (“Neurodiverse Nurse”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Our address is:

129 Roseneath Road, Urmston, Manchester, M41 5AY

Email: support@neurodiversenurse.co.uk
Telephone: 07982 774345

In these Terms:

“Website” means the NDN Healthcare website at NDNhealthcare.co.uk.

“You” or “your” means a visitor to the Website or a person seeking or receiving our services.

“Services” means the ADHD medication assessment, prescribing, titration, monitoring and associated healthcare services offered by Neurodiverse Nurse.

2. Who Our Medication Service Is For

The medication pathway presented on this Website is intended for adults aged 18 or over who already have an ADHD diagnosis and wish to be considered for ADHD medication treatment.

Registration for the pathway does not mean that we have accepted your diagnosis or agreed to prescribe medication.

Before you are invited to book a medication review, the information and diagnostic evidence you provide will be reviewed to determine whether the service may be clinically appropriate for you.

We reserve the right to decline to provide treatment where, in our clinical judgement, the service is not appropriate for your needs.

3. The Medication Pathway

The pathway generally operates as follows:

  1. You complete the secure patient registration process.
  2. You provide evidence of your existing ADHD diagnosis and any other information requested.
  3. Your information and diagnostic report are reviewed for clinical suitability.
  4. If appropriate, you will be contacted and invited to book a medication review.
  5. You select an available appointment and make the required payment.
  6. You complete any required medication and physical-health questionnaires before your appointment.
  7. A clinical consultation takes place and, where clinically appropriate, treatment may commence.

Additional information, medical records, observations or investigations may be requested before treatment can be offered.

4. Clinical Decisions and Prescribing

Booking and paying for a consultation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.

Any decision to prescribe ADHD medication is a clinical decision made following an appropriate assessment of your individual circumstances.

We may decide that medication is not appropriate, that further information or investigations are required, or that you should be referred to another healthcare professional or service.

Where medication is prescribed, the type of medication, dose and treatment plan will be determined according to clinical judgement and applicable professional guidance.

5. Information You Provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and, to the best of your knowledge, truthful.

This includes information concerning your diagnosis, medical history, current medication, physical health and any other matters relevant to your treatment.

You must inform us of any significant changes to your health, medication or circumstances that may affect your treatment.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect our ability to provide safe treatment and may result in treatment being delayed, suspended or discontinued.

6. Semble and Third-Party Healthcare Systems

We use secure third-party systems, including Semble, to support aspects of our healthcare service.

These systems may be used for functions including patient registration, clinical questionnaires, appointment booking, payments, communications and the storage or management of clinical information.

When you use these services, your information may also be processed in accordance with the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information.

Links from the NDN Healthcare Website to these systems may take you to websites operated by third parties.

7. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking process has been completed and you have received confirmation.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provide are correct and that you are available at the agreed appointment time.

Where information or questionnaires are requested before an appointment, failure to provide them in sufficient time may mean that your appointment needs to be rearranged.

8. Fees and Payment

The current fee for an initial ADHD medication review and prescription consultation is displayed on the Website and/or during the booking process.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required when booking your appointment.

Payments may be processed through Semble and/or an associated secure payment provider.

Medication costs are separate from our consultation and review fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Private prescription medication costs are determined by the dispensing pharmacy and may vary depending upon the medication, dose and pharmacy.

Any additional follow-up, titration or annual review charges will be communicated to you.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may not be refundable.

Where applicable, further information is provided in our Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

10. Shared Care

Where your treatment becomes stable and it is clinically appropriate, we may approach your GP to request a shared-care arrangement.

Acceptance of shared care is entirely at the discretion of your GP or NHS healthcare provider and cannot be guaranteed.

If shared care is declined, you may need to continue receiving private prescriptions and monitoring through Neurodiverse Nurse or another appropriate provider, with the associated private costs.

11. Medical Information on This Website

Information provided on the Website is intended to provide general information about our services and ADHD medication treatment.

It is not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical assistance because of information you have read on this Website.

The Website is not intended to provide emergency medical assistance.

12. Privacy and Clinical Information

We process personal information and health information in connection with providing our services.

Information about how we collect, use, retain and protect personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Clinical information should be provided through the secure systems we specify rather than through general website enquiry forms or ordinary email unless you have been specifically asked to send information in that way.

13. Website Use

You must not use the Website:

  • for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with the Website;
  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems or associated services;
  • to introduce malicious software, viruses or other harmful material; or
  • in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

We may restrict or prevent access where we reasonably believe the Website is being misused.

14. Intellectual Property

Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website contains links to third-party websites and services, including healthcare, booking, payment and pharmacy services.

We are not responsible for the availability or general content of third-party websites that are outside our control.

Where a third party is directly involved in delivering part of your healthcare service, its responsibilities will be governed by the applicable arrangements, professional requirements and terms relating to that service.

16. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend, withdraw or change parts of the Website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from misuse of the Website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict our professional responsibilities when providing healthcare services.

18. Changes to Our Services and These Terms

We may update the Website, our services and these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in legislation, professional guidance, technology or the services we provide.

The latest version will be published on this Website together with its revision date.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings elsewhere.
